The Cutlass is an 18 Watt heat pen that has been carefully designed for “cutting” stencil patterns from plastic, MYLAR, and resist materials used in quilting, crafts, hobbies, glass etching, sandblasting, sign painting and other commercial and industrial applications.

The Cutlass requires less effort and is less tiring than cutting with a utility knife. With a maximum point temperature of 775º F. it can easily cut 7 ml thick Mylar. The Cutlass also features a short shaft for good tip control and cutting accuracy. It is ideal for cutting intricate and larger patterns.

The Cutlass Stencil Cutting Kit comes with one Cutlass Stencil Cutter with 6 ft. cord, one regular cutting tip, and one bent cutting tip.
