UART Sanded Pastel paper accepts under painting from a wide variety of media including water, oil, and alcohol. The paper is strong and sturdy enough to ensure liquids do not damage the tooth or seep through the other side. UART Sanded Pastel Paper is PH neutral and acid free. It has been engineered to eliminate a high percentage of lignin and has been neutralized to prevent fading, and yellowing over time. The acid free process also provides environmental benefits as it allows wastewater to be recycled and reused.
