How do I return an item I don’t want? Bought too many? Decided it just wasn’t right? No problem! Feel free to return your unopened, unused items to us within 30 days of the shipment date for a refund or replacement. Please make sure that the purchased product arrives back to us unused and in the original wrapping or container. Credit will be given for the original purchase price less a 15-percent restocking fee (unless the order was defective or an incorrect item was shipped). Shipping (including return shipping) and handling charges are non-refundable. Items marked "Factory Direct" are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20 percent.
