How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail that contains tracking information for your package(s). You may also view this information by logging into your account (add link) and clicking on order history. Please note that there may be some instances where the carrier may be unable to provide tracking information.

What are your shipping costs?
We offer several shipping services in order to meet your desired delivery time. Shipping charges are based upon the delivery option you choose, package size/weight and the destination, and are calculated automatically for you at checkout.

Why are my shipping options restricted?
Items in your cart marked with the following icons may be restricted to certain shipping options:
   No-Fly items include volatile and flammable materials as well as products with harmful fumes and other properties. These items can only ship via ground transport and may not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

  Freight items are too large to be shipped by typical shipping carriers and must ship via freight service. These items may take up to two weeks in transit and are delivered to your curbside. If you require inside delivery, you must contact the delivery company to make special arrangements. Additional costs for inside delivery and lift gate are incurred by the customer and paid directly to the freight company. We are unable to ship Freight items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

How long will it take to get my order?
Processing time for all orders is usually 1 or 2 business days, depending on the time the order was placed. Then, the delivery of the order is subject to the shipping destination and the selected speed of transit. For ground orders, the total time from when an order is placed until it is received is indicated on the map below.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Texas Art Supply ships to all 50 United States as well as APO/FPO addresses and Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not ship internationally, to Guam, or other U.S. protectorates.

Do you ship to prison addresses?
Texas Art Supply does not ship to inmates at correctional facilities due to restrictions on the types of products that may be delivered to these addresses.
